Hotel Reservations:
-A deposit equivalent to one nigth rate by room is due upon confirmation by us that the space is available. The total amount of the reservation most be paid in full 15 days prior to arrival date, in order to hold the space.
-Reservations cancelled more than 15 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Reservations cancelled 14 to 8 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 1 (one) night charge.
- Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival are 100% non-refundable.
- "NO SHOWS", trip interruptions, change an early departure during your stay are 100% non-refundable.

One Day Tours and Transportation Reservations:
- Reservations must be made and paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the requested date.
- Reservations cancelled 2 days prior to the scheduled service are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hrs prior to the scheduled service or "NO SHOWS" are 100% non-refundable.

PACKAGES CONDITIONS
Price is per person, according to the tipe of occupancy  (single, double and triple) established in each package. For more than 6 pax please ask about special prices

Deposit and Payment Schedule:
Deposit of $100 USD per person is due immediately upon contracting services to hold space. This deposit forms part of your full payment.

Payment:
Pakages must be paid in full allong with rooming list 30 days before your arrival date in order to hold your reservation.

Cancellations:
We receive cancelations 45 days prior to the arrival date, with a 10% booking charge.
Cancelations made between 45 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, have 50% refund.
There is not refund for cancelations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
When you confirm your reservation we will send you instructions on the possible ways of making you payment

Miscellaneous expenses not included in tour price:
Telephone calls, room service, laundry, beverages other than those included with meals, excess baggage charges, other items of a personal nature, or medical costs, hospitalization, medical evacuation.

Trip Interruption, Cancellation Insurance, or Medical Evacuation:
Maya Nature strongly recommends you purchase a travel protection plan.

Tour Refunds:
Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where you, the customer, are not at fault and have not canceled in violation of the terms and conditions, if any, of the contract for transportation or travel services, all sums paid to Maya Nature for services not received by you will be promptly refunded by Maya Nature unless you otherwise advise in writing. No refunds will be made after tour begins. Refunds are not available for any part of the package tour that is provided but not used.

Tour Participants:
Health: Travelers should be in reasonable good health, since our activities include a considerable amount of walking. A companion able to assist the person must accompany any person who needs special assistance.

Vehicles:
Please note that there is no smoking while on board the tour vehicles.

Luggage:
Due to space limitations we urge you to bring only one piece of luggage and one small carry-on type bag. (VANS)

Special Requests:
We will advise hotels of any special requests, such as double or king-sized beds, but we cannot guarantee all such requests because some hotels may have limited availability.

Disclaimer:
Maya Nature does not assume any responsibility nor shall they be liable for any loss, cancellation, cost, delay, irregularity, accident, injury or damage to person or property; damage, loss, or theft of baggage and personal effects arising from or in connections with such boat tours, airlines, hotels. On advancement of deposit to Maya Nature the depositor agrees to the above stated terms and conditions.

Responsibility:
Maya Nature and their agents act only in the capacity of agent for the passengers in all matters relating hotels, vendors transportation by airplane, club wagons, motorcar, taxi, animals, steamship, boat or others means of transportation described in the additional travel itinerary and as such agent for the passengers, do not assume any responsibility nor shall they be liable for any loss, cancellation cost, delay, schedule changes, or irregularity caused by cancellations, overbooking, strikes of airlines or ground service operators, labor disputes, mechanical breakdown, nor for accident, injury or damage to person or property, damage, loss, or theft of baggage and personal effects arising from or in connection with such hotels, vendors, transportation, or airlines, nor any of the above caused by sickness, quarantine, strikes, acts of terrorism, wars, force majeure, government restraints, acts of God, or due to the fault or negligence of any company or person entrusted with any of the above services of from any cause whatsoever, nor for actions of any other travelers. Reasonable changes in itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of passengers.
On full payment tour members agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
Trip organizer is likewise not liable for loss or consequences due to any of the above.
