Day 1,
Arrival to Merida Airport
MAYA NATURE welcomes you at Merida
International Airport (MID). Upon arrival one of our staff will transfer you at
your hotel for check in and overnight. Rest

Day 2,
Uxmal & Kabah (*)
After breakfast at your hotel, at 8:00 am,
your guide will pick you up for going to Uxmal. Located 80 kilometers from
Merida, Uxmal is a jewel of Prehispanic Architecture. According to
archaeological investigation, Uxmal is one of the great metropolis of the Mayan
World. One of its most important structures is the Dwarfs Pyramid, thrice
built. The Nun's Quadrangle, the Ball Court and the Governor´s Palace are also
some of the more developed structures. In combination with Uxmal, one may also
visit Kabah. Which has it’s unique Puuc style architecture. Each element is
linked with man and the universe. According to recent investigations Kabah was
inhabited in 250 B.C. and was connected with Uxmal by a stone road. Kabah has
two groups of buildings; the Codz Pop, decorated with 250 masks of the Rain god
Chaac and the Palace, with dozen platforms and altars. After the guided tour
(shared tour), lunch is served at a local restaurant and then we will return to
your hotel in Mérida. Lunch and Dinner on your own. B

Day 3,
Merida
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be
free to walk around the historical center of this important city of around one
million inhabitants, founded by Spaniard conqueror Francisco de Montejo in 1542
over the Mayan town T'ho, where you will find important buildings dating from
XVI to XIX centuries, among them the imposing XVI CENTURY San Ildefonso
Cathedral or you could take an optional tour. Rest of the day and meals on your own. B.

Day 4,
Departure
After breakfast, at your hotel we'll pick you up at your for transfer to the Merida International Airport (MID) in order to board your flight back home. B.
